Payment
Currently, we accept all valid debit cards, credit cards, wallet, and Net banking. Please note that we take Pre-Paid orders only. We do not accept Cash on Delivery orders.
Shipping & Returns
Krazy Caterpillar ships within India only and uses reputable courier companies.

You will receive an email and/or text message with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
We deliver to most part of India within 3-7 days. While we use reputable couriers and work around the clock to ensure your order reaches in time, Krazy Caterpillar cannot be held responsible for shipping delays due natural disasters, strikes, bank holidays or situations beyond our control.

There is three types of shipping.
Free Shipping:
For most items like Toys and Books shipping is free.
Special Item Shipping: For certain products like Die-cast Collectibles and small toys, stationery items etc there is shipping charge of Rs 49/- to 199/-
Local Express Delivery: Applicable only for delivery in Pune. Express Delivery Charge Rs 299/- We try to delivery the shipment within 12 operational hours of store, it may get delayed incase product ordered is in transit or not available physically at store. In such cases we will refund the express delivery charge and apply regular shipping charge if applicable.
The shipping charges can be modified by Krazy Caterpillar at any point without prior intimation. The new charges would reflect on checkout page.
Every once in a while, Krazy Caterpillar brings out various offers in an attempt to satisfy customers. Various offers could be introduced for a limited span of time that enables free shipping of goods, subject to the fulfilment of the terms and conditions attached to the offer.
Cancellations:
Orders placed cannot be cancelled or changed once it has been dispatched. Please call on +91 9970385173 to cancel the order before dispatch.
Returns & Exchange :
We have a 02-day return policy, which means you have 02 days after receiving your item to request a return. Returns are accepted only if there is any quality issue with the product or the item contents are not as per the description printed on the original packaging.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at contactus@krazycaterpillar.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damaged Products:
In the event that a product reaches damaged, please email us on contactus@krazycaterpillar.com within 1 working days along with images of the damaged product and we will help you out.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time (5-7 business days) for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
